Are Insurance Companies going to have to pay COVID
losses? The fight begins, as policy holder lawyers and insurance
companies dig in. The fight is over the policy language and exclusions that are
part of the contract of insurance. What constitutes property damage is the big
question. If the courts deem the virus can cause property damage , then
insurance companies will be footing the bill and the business of insurance will
